Help with a TM 500 Getting No Internet Connection

Can anyone advised why am not getting any Internet Connection am using a Ethernet cable between TM 5OO and Virgin Super HUB

take no notice, ive had a tm500 super say that but its still connected and done the business,regards mdt

thks 4 that i did check my hub and found it had been connected to the router by the ip of the technomate
But how do i load the Ccam ?

cant discuss what your asking as its against forum rules but the image should have 2 emulator,s already built in. send me a pm and ill explain better,regards mdt
