Hi It works fine on TM5400 models etc and you dont need the internet anyway if you have the card. You may need to have the proper patch for your box to read the card.

I understand that for the box to read the card I need a cccam installed but the problem is that I found that channels do not open if internet off and they open if internet on, but with internet on I can t tell if is my "other" provider or my card opening these channels....... Please, Any ideas?

There are no patches for the Nano OE model only Images, i would suggest that you install the 4D image and start a fresh as this image will install the cam you want by default

Yes the card has been active for years first from original box and after on my tm 5400 and 5402 so card is fine 100%.... If internet is on and card inserted channels clear, if internet is on and card not inserted channels still open ( from my "other" provider) if internet off channels do not open no matter card is in or out...... My problem is that I think my box does not see the card I think..... But can not be sure......

I am not sure you actually need the bootloader for the latest images as most come included with the install:
                        Attached Files

Hi, thanks again for the links and advices, everything is working fine now, I just have a question about the tivusat card: are the entitlements of my tivusat card kept alive in my tm nano oe? or do I have to leave overnight the card in a official receiver or in the tm5400....my card have been ok for years after activation on my tm 5400 and 5402hd.... just wondering if for the nano-oe will be the same.....
                          many thanks for your help

The card should stay active and receive its official update entitlements through the nano OE in the softcam you have running with it
