HAS ANYBODY got a motorised channel list for a TM-6902?

just got this box and struggling to get a channel list sorted
can scan one but its all over the place
been reading the forum and tried tp-updater
but cant get that to work as think my ms-excel is a starter version
and it wont load
i just want it for the sport!
could any kind person either upload one
or point me in the right direction?
