tm 5402 mk1 picture no sound

having issues with certain channels on a tm5402 mk1.
getting the picture no problem but not getting sound on certain sport channels on 28e.
get the sound and picture on the hd version but not the sd version.
i know i might get peeps saying go to the hd version then, but would like to fix the problem.

have tried it on two diffrent boxs, but same result.

do i need to update the patch?

if this happens to be BT sports then all you have to do is rescan the transponder 12515 H 22000 this will cure it.

Hi, I've got a similar problem on my 5402HD unit. The difference is I started losing sound on the BBC HD channels and now I've lost the sound on all my movie channels. I've tried deleting the affected channels and re-scanning but still the same.

Any ideas anyone?
