tm 5200d usb super ,remote control help pls

hi guys, the remote control for my tm5200d usb super is no longer working,i change the remote setting other day and no longer letting me changing the channels ,pls if u can help me with that ,or if i get another remote will it be working ,and i cant formatting the box cus havnt got remote ,what should i do ,luckly this weekend there is not premier league football ,pls help me with it thnx

Reflash it mate probably a painfull way to loose all your settings but it will return it to it's working state.

yes mate the best way out is to do a"factory reset" you may save your settings by clicking on "save as default" twice before doing this.If you have password problems use 2011 it should work on all TMs
I take it you can still get into the menu.

If you can get into menu then you can change remote type back but this is not the issue. There are 2 remote types and they both change channels ok just have slightly different features. Looks like relash is favourite, but first try menu-password-select remote type-change to other option -exit and save.
