BBC red button 28E

Hi All

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas. I am trying to get BBC redbutton in southern Spain near Malaga 1.2 M dish TM 5402. I can get the Europe Ku band but tp 12422 H doesn't show up when I scan through the TPs on the sat setup page. When I try to enter the tp manually the box says it already exists.

I don't understand what is happening here. A sly box just says no signal at this frequency.

No,you're not going to get those.They're on 2E Uk beam(according to flysat).I can't get them in Italy either.Confusing thing is that kingofsat has them down as on 2E euro beam and Lyngsat have them as being on 2F euro beam.Cheers

Edit.Maybe the tp error is due to a similar one that clashes.Delete this one and then you should be able to add the 12422H tp but you won't get a signal,unfortunately.
