Dreambox Stopped Working. I Need Network Lan Connection Values

For some reason my Dreambox stopped working last night.
I'm trying to get it going again.
I tried re flashing the receiver with a new image, but it won't override what is in it.
I went into Network LAN Connection & it says

Local: Disconnected
IP: Unconfirmed
NameServer: Unconfirmed
I wonder if anyone can tell me as to what values I should have on these?

I also get a message in the network menu saying"No Internet Connection."
I'm still able to use the Cross EPG & it downloads for me.

Could someone tell me where I'm going wrong?

not connected to internet try rebooting box and router then it should be green to go,maybe cross epg is by sat?
