On the remote press the (black) button which has (epg) above it, the said info should come up (some channels ) do not give this info. hope this helps.

If this is for the EPG on 28.2? east then you need the EPG channel in your list change from Radio channel to TV channel via a PC editing program such as NDFeditor then stay on that channel for around 4-5 minutes and you should then have a full 7 day working EPG.
Just remember though the EPG is stored in the Ram on the box so as soon as you switch to standby you lose the EPG
