Technomate Biss Problem

Hi Guys,

Am trying to change the biss keys on TM-1500 after i save my changes the keys revert back to the previous before i started the process

Any ideas

Hi This brings back memories when i use to own a TM5400 and it happened to me a couple of times and cannot remember how i resolved it. I assume that you are entering the keys on the right channel . Also if your BISS line is 32 characters but the key is 16 characters long then make sure you enter the key twice to make it 32 characters. Try also to enter the key on a different line. What channel are you trying to open??

Was tgrying to access TRT1 for european game

Yes it is 32 Character line

Ist Sixteen is Biss code
2nd is 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

you dont need to enter the Biss Key twice on a technomate, you just enter the first 16 digits and leave the following 16 as all Zero's the TM will fill the Zero's for you after you press exit and save.

Hi From what i can remember it dont matter if you enter key twice or put 16 zero's you end up with key twice anyway. Also if its Champion League football you are after its on Hotbird on channel ZDF tonite . You dont need keys as its free. The frequency is 11054H s/r 27500. Also i believe that TRT1 is free on the Turksat satellite or it use to be. Enjoy.
