I can't get MgCamd To Work

Technomate TM Twin OE
Openpli 4D

I deleted my CCcam.cfg in DCC.
I then put my newcamd.list in Notepad, saved it as newcamd.list, all & ANSI.
I went back into DCC & sent newcamd.list to var/keys & restarted Mgcamd 138 but nothing is happening.
Any ideas as to where I'm going wrong?
