TM5402HD M3 Patched USING M3U PLAYLIST F4 IPTV FUNCTION

Hi all my friend has this box whilst i was looking at it i noticed
F4 IPTV Pluggin
there are different extensions for M3U Playlist ie M3U M3U8
Which playlist works on this box also is it any good at playing iptv streams
is there a manual on howto iptv on tm products with this function
any info would be appreciated
