when i hit the button tv/radio on the remote of my tm 5402 hd ci super i get the grey bar which says no music,i know i have scanned transponders with radio channels on all the sats i have installed but cannot find them,am i doing something wrong?

Go to a transponder that you know that has got (radio channels) on & rescan, then hit tv / radio on the remote, the channels should be there.
Have just carried this out on 39e(RIKSAT 11078V 3333) should get RIK 1 TO 4 RADIO CHANNELS.
