    BISS & CAS Keys

Hi, Just got TM6900 and it has been pathced and CAS & BISS keys loaded. Have tried to add new BISS key but key i have is not long enough.

I have managed to work out the CAS key entry i.e. 4 characters for the indent, the first 2 characters of the Hex key for the left hand side box and the rest on the right hand side box and that works.

I am trying to enter for example Megasport which is listed under the BISS section of the list i downloaded. The indent & Hex is the same format as CAS yet in the TM6900 BISS section it needs more charachters so I am confused!!!

Please could someone explain how long the BISS key should be or is, and how I get the correct lenght key?

Sorry if this is a repeat post but checked out other posts and not found similar.

Thanks in advance for your help.

the keys can be in sets of 6 letters and numbers
or they can also be 16 letters and numbers
when you use a set of 8 keys set the rest on the line
to zero's and when you save them it will open the chn.
as you know you can only enter keys on a patched box.
      *****************************
to enter biss/cw keys you go to the channel
you want to enter the keys for and on your
remote type 8280 and the biss key panel will
appear then you scroll down the list of keys
and find a empty line and enter the key for the channel
then save and exit the menu and the channel will open
with biss keys you must enter the keys for every channel
you have keys for. then if you keep a note of what keys
are on what line when they change again you can over write
      the old key,

It will be the key you have PLUS "0's" to finish it off.

        Ie.

        KEY> A1A1A1A10000000
