hi fist post is mine like to know how can i programe new sat position because does not come do u think by download update software will do the trick/ i cant get 45w 37.5w 30w 21.5w 21e 23e no signal at all (the rest are ok )on the disk 1.10 mt with unuversal lnb i am located at le5 5fn .please help me out i just got receiver 3 week now

I make your location as leicester is that right?.
if so you should have latitude of 52.4 set on your motor and lat 52.4 and long 1.9West in your box if using usals.also make sure the missing sats are enabled in the satellite set up menu( press ok twice)and a window will open the sats you want must have a tick by them if not highlight them then "save" then in motorised settings.if on usals you can just enter sat in line 1 then press goto and yes to are you sure and motor will move to that sat if your motor installation is correct. if on 1.2 you will have to use the "move" setting to send the dish east/west to find the sat but you must have an active transponder in line 2 you must also scan every sat you find because if no channels are found that sat will not show up when you press sat on the handset.
your latest official software version is v3.45 you can get this from www.technomate.com but you wont get much west of 30W hispasat and 21East needs a big dishLast edited by dick b; 12 December, 2009, 15:21. -
