pc --->(RS232 cable) TM 1000D+

I'm new on forums: i would like to know how can i connect my pc with a rs 232 cable without getting the error "no available com port" the purpose here is to connect to TM 1000 D+

i have downloaded Darkman_TMLOADER_187

Can anyone explaine what i do wrong, or better how can i do this wright.

is it a null modem cable or straight that you are using? They look exactly the same, except the null cable is crosslinked
