got probs it has been stoired for several months now i get it out connect to dish etc fire it up and did a scan everything fine so off it then today i switch on nothing all i get is bouquet userbo on screen go to menu and up comes media player that is it nothing cannot get into this remote does nothing i am stumped maybe need to flash etc it has 4d OPEN PLi i think maybe need to reflash the complete box but forgot how to any help will be apprewciated
