tm 5400 ci+ usb super pvr

Hi all, I am relatively new to the world of patching etc... so I would appreciate some help. I have recently bought a tm 5400 ci+ usb super pvr. I have a manual satellite facing hotbird and I would like to access channels such as premiere and tps. My first question is where can I downloads the patches for these channels, and secondly, are there any othere items that are necessary such as a loader or softcam.

Ok premiere is now sky Germany 19.2e and no longer hacked. TPS is gone from 13e and is now on 19.2e and no longer open either.
