TM 3150 problem

Hi All,
Having some intermittent problems with the TM3150. For no apparent reason they revert back to the default RF channel 40.
This is a pain as our local Cairn Hill Tx occupies the same channel. Boxes are installed in different locations and some of our customers live alone, so cannot blame the children.

try installing a different firmware version, are you using official or unofficial firmware? i take it that you cant use the scart out.

I suspect that the channel plan on my memory stick was saved from an early sw version when these boxes were first released.
I am flashing this onto boxes now with an newer sw version.
I have made up a new channel plan from a box with latest sw. Hopefuly this will cure the problem. As with all intermittent probs you have to wait and see if the prob returns. Will keep you posted.
