outdated Technomate receivers

Hi to all. Ive been given a few old receivers, all Technomate:
TMS-1000D
TM-3000D
TM-5300 M2 D+
TM-5500D
Is there any chance to reactivate them? i have some knowledge about firmware flashing that helps
