i hav got a mate that has technomate sat reciver with motorised sat and he recieves some channles throuhgh 20mb internet connection via ethernet. i am lukin to buy1 with ethernet port which1s best reciver. he recieves sky sports 1234

my mate wants a HD sat reciever which wud detect all types of satalites that are available out there. wen is tm800hd goin to be released in the market?

i am a newbie to this so how wud this work will i need add keys and connect box with router and modem to decrypt and reciave channles like setanta, sky sports

what channels have you lost mate?do you know what you were pressing when you lost them and do you know what image he put in the box.
press menu go to setup(6)-satellite installation&TP edit(2)-automatic satellite satellite search(5)scroll down to the sat you are looking for-press OK-tick "no circ polariz" box then scan.I"m assuming your motorised.if he setup a c/s system I can not help.
