TM 6900 HD super combo + server help needed

I know I have'nt posted much but I usaully sort issues out before I ask.

I have a problem with my TM6900 HD super +.
When I connect to my server my box locks up. The only way I can get it going again is to switch off at the mains.
I have a server running cccam 2.0.11

Do I need to install anything to get it going?
