I think the answer is not good...

I have a technomate 3500 and am pointed at Thor 2-3, 1E

This is mainly for the Hungarian channels (all 36 of them)

They all no longer work. Encryption is nagra... is this the deadly Nagra 3 ? Will it ever work again?

Softcam keys don't seem to work, like they used to... When did these channels switch to nagra? how can i find out?

Any ideas for getting them all back ?

no good... softcams don't work at all. i've tried about 10 from 3 different forums.

theres alot less opening now. the softcams are changing daily. the sat4fun keys on this forum are opening digi for me and others. for example disc science, disc ch, slovak national channels and apart from a few theres nearly a complete set of all the channels available, hbo,axn,etc. some people are saying that you should use an older patch but i havnt needed to.

thanks npire1, i tried the sat4fun and it works for about 10 channels - all the discovery, nat geo etc and a few of the others. So 1/3 of the way there.

I've never patched anything - should I? Have a 3500.

I have a Technomate Tm-5600 CI USB Super and have been able to view lots of channels on 1w but now most of them are scrambled.

Is there any chance that downloading the latest keys will unlock them or have I lost them completley.

you have lost a lot of them but if you keep uptodate with the latest softcam you can still get quite afew ok.
