no need to factory re-set all you need to know about patching is in the red sticky section above this section.Is your box super or nonsuper?

hi i m new in this and i have a problem with my technomate 5200,i done factory reset .i load the the patch ,and work fine.but i wana load my chanels list from usb stick ,i lodet and after that my reciver freaz and if i power on no work anymore wath can i do to fixet,please help me ...sorry for my english

load software via null modem cable through the rs232 connectors.this way.
turn stb off at the rear.connect up null modem cable to stb & computer.down load loader and software (official or patch) for you box unzip both open loader & browse for and load patch/software.click on connect then turn stb back on at rear,wait for it to finish and box should re-boot and be working.
make sure patch is correct one for your model ie; super or non super.use this loader on the software tab
