static ip no internet connection on tm 500

hi everyone like the title said cant get the box connected to the internet. I've read the other threads but still no joy. Any help would be great.

some images show no internet connection when in fact you are connected. I"ve got rid of my tm500 now but the ur image dated 09-05-2010 worked fine for me.
