TM-8000 HD Combo

My eurovox packed up so decided to get something else so, i went for a dish, motor, box, i mean the lot. but I think i'm the only 1 who's crazy enough to buy this technomate tm 8000 hd combo which i dont even know how to use!
I really need help otherwise money gone down the drain .

No one can help until you are more specific about your problems, what have you done so far?.

So far paid the guys i bought everything from to load the box with the latest software, setup and install all the equipments. Which they've done!
But although i can get the FTA channels, i can't watch them 'cause they are all scrambled '$' .

I believe maybe they have stopped offering servers?
maybe there is a menu to turn it on.
I have never come across anyone who owned one before.
