im guessing at this but make sure the lnb settings are set to universal and on in the installation menu,s. if this doesnt work then give as much info as you can so someone might be able to help you. regards mdt

i had same problem 6 month ago if all your connections are good ..its knackered mate mine cost ?25 to repair i spent 2 week going through everything but it had blown somthing inside....good luck

check your cable is not shorted out at the f-plugs but as said its a bit vague.

Theres sw from TM to sort that issue. If that doesnt do it then box is cooked.
