what am i doing wrong

i thinkive got the latest patch and keys do i have to press certain buttons trying to get football on hellasat 39e

use softcam dated 13.09.2010 at the top of the stickies bulsat should clear as I"v just checked and its open.

i have the model 5300 super with the embedded cam do i need to put a card inside
what is bulsat a channel or a satalite
im totally new to all this

bullsat is sat 39 degrees east, put in latest patch and cam and nova spots is open and many more footy channels

if i go 39 east it comes upas hekkassat 2

Hellasat

Yes, it comes up as Hellasat on my 5200 Super but I'm presuming it's the same - same channel list. However nothing is open with the latest keys and patch except for "The Voice" and a couple of other channels. Not sure what to do so I'm waiting for updated patches & softkeys whenever they come along then I'll try again.
And now I've got the bug, so I'm thinking of getting a Linux box.

Works ok, using latest softcam.
Must also have latest patch loaded.

Try putting the keys in using the remote. Open the softcam file with notepad and scroll down to the 060400 lines.

For some reason I had to do this with the last 2 updates.
