need help please

hi i have just receved my tm600 installed ur image 20.0.10 i have tryed every setting ad it still wont connet to the internet need help now as its got me done in. i have a static ip on my router. i can connect to the box thu the pc and its showing up on the router. but still says no static ip and it says check setting. any help please?

try reboot the modem as it could be the ip Release
