help with technomate tm500 super

hi all i would really appreciate if someone can help with this..

i bought a new technomate tm 500 super and updated the image using the tm linux loader and apparently i have updated it with an old image.. so now i cant get remote control support and the worst thing is that when i run the loader using the same steps i did in the 1st time and try to load a new image it give an error that a wrong image is used and in the log file the error is actually that it failed to connect to the same ip address of the reciever...
any ideas...??

try reboot box then retrieve ip address then install latest ur image

Use rs232 and loader ,that's how I fixed it.
