RF Channel output on Technomate STB

Does anyone know what RF channel I should select on the AV output menu for the Milton Keynes area?

its got nothing to do with where you live set the rf output to an unused one on your tv,default is ch40 I think but you can easily alter it in av output menu then just scan on the tv to pick it up.scart is better.

      rf output

Try the end of the spectrum mate around 68 or 69 that should be clear but you will need to test it first..

This is hell on earth. I've just attempted to get the technomate box to work on my main TV co-ax cabling (not Scart - works fine with Scart) So i've got the feed from the satellite dish into the Technomate box. I've got the RF feed from my External ariel into the RF in and co-ax cable from the technomate RF out to the TV.
I can get all the main terrestrial channels from the main TV ariel but simply can't get the channels from the dish.

I've changed the channel number on the technomate box to the top end of the spectrum and tried to scan the TV to see if it can find the signal - no joy whatsoever.
When I set it up using Scarts no problem.

What could possibly be the cause of this discombobulation?

          discombobulation

Well its one of two things the rf channels are clashing and probably the most likely of the two, run through the whole rf spectrum and see. Or the rf is faulty.
