Hellas Sat 39.0e can't receive bulsat packages

ok, so i've scanned this satellite for channels, but i don't seem to have got any of the bulsat packages down.

did i do something wrong? is there something i can do to correct it?

i've got a decent signal, approx. 72%, could this be a problem?

Bulsat is down at the moment. the TPs needed when keys are available are 12.524H,12.565H,12.647H,12.688H and if you have HD set 11.012V all are 30000 sym rate. 72% quality will be good enough.
