    Technomate 5400 CI+ USB

    Hi there fellows,

I bought the above receiver (TM 5400 CI+ USB) sometimes in 2008/2009 mainly for footie and some movies on DIGI once in a while and ofcourse my favourite NageoWorld. Sometimes last year just before this current premier footie season started, all (most) channels got scrambled. I am quite comfortable with upgrading the software and updating the softcam but all this never worked out. I had only used it for 1 year and was thinking of binning it so I switched back to FreeView. Is this still the case? I connected back the receiver today (to see if I can catch some Tennis) but still gets scrambled channels. Please help if there is a solution out there! I am not using a motorised dish for the receiver.

    Apologies for the long post.

    Cheers

you will have to re-align your dish as I notice its not motorised do not forget to alter the skew of the lnb.direction and skew details here Satellite Finder / Dish Pointing Calculator with Google Maps | DishPointer.com
