Impossible, You can watch epl on 39e with bulsat keys in latest softcam.
1 west changed encryption and is long gone never to return.

oh right yeah, well it stopped a while ago and i just hadn't bothered to mess with it, so if i change my to 39e and get the bulsat softcam, i should be up and running ?
