    TM 6800 help

    HI all got a tm6800 on a motorized system but carnt get the moter to turn to any sat.

    set it up as usalas no luck and then tryed diseqc still no luck got it to move once and then it stoped working agian.

    There is a dim green light at the bottom of the moter to show that power is there but my mate as the same set up and the green light is bright he as no clues as to why it will not turn.

    thaught i would ask here for some help or any advice

      Has the system been set up correctly, or are you just hoping that the motor will do it itself. I am not being funny just need more info.

          set up ok just give it to my mate who as set it up on is and it will not turn is moter as well looks like it could be a fault with box

                      box is 6800 nonesuper dish is 80cm. Motor is a icecrypt hh motor modle number dm-101. put in all the setting correctley on usals but it is as if there is no power to moter as if it is in standby mode.
                      The frend i give it to as the same setup and it will not run is motor

                          Try resetting the motor.

                              try installation>motorised settings>motor control>delete limit.will it move if on diseqc 1.2?using the move function in motorised settings,did your mate get a picture even though your box wouldnt move his motor?does it move with the manual button on the motor itself.

                                  will not move in any off the settings above tryed reset on the moter its self no joy.
                                  its like there is not enought power to the motor??
                                  i have a battrey pack of my sat finder when i put it to the motor feed it then lights up good and the moter will turn with the manule button on the moter.
