VU+ ZERO and Intelsat 907

I'm new to this forum and also to the processes of patching satellite receiver boxes.
Is there a very easy to understand guide to setting up a VU+ ZERO box to receive transmissions from the Inteslat 907 37.5 Deg West satellite?
