blackhole tuner error - bouqet list fta dont load/work how? 2.06 v

blackhole image. how do load autobouqet/channel listing. tuning error? new install
it seems to be stuck
i went to epg and it says wait please for epg to complete and press the red button, but nothing is happening
i want to transfer a channel list? at least get the fta channels working?
what do i need to do? or load the tuner correctly..
