eurovox ex 1000sl

my box went off last night but scanned and all back my mothers ex1100usb went off too but cant get channels back any reason??

Most of the channels are going off, it just says Scrablled chanel. Anyone got fix for this. I tried reset, power scan, update channel and other stuff...
