unable to d/l keymaster

Am I just being blond , or is there a problem with key master v1.2.
Cant seem to run the app, or d/l a new copt of 1.2?...

Any good sites to d/l wii games,had wii done with background launcher 0.3 and looking for games that are compatible and play with this on it.Many thanks...
