All SD channels gone!!

I have a Satbox F7, which is essentially a better skybox F3(or so my provider says). I tried AJ's latest channel list and the channels(SLY, Sports, Documentary)...

I have recently updated the firmware on my EX7000 did the factory reset and got all channels bach however the EPG no longer works...
