My GTRom Problems (Help Please)

i have 2 star view 3 boxes and have tried putting the GTRom 8.200, 8.00 etc.. on both boxes. the problem i had was that only one box would download completely...

i have also had a problem with downloading.
what i did was i put the Gtrom8.200 or whatever it is called onto my box and it completed fine....

Is there a GTRom loader for the above box? i downloaded the software but all there is are the 2 files. I dont have a memory stick,...
