Initiating HTTP mode on Dreamup

My satellite Db 600 pvr wont flash by dreamup. It hangs after dreamup recognizes my box, it uploads Flash Loader, and states "initiating HTTP mode"...

keep getting a http error when i try and download a cam i know my net is ok as i did the image update is there something wrong with the server or should...
