HDMI to Optical sound, and DVI Vid

Can anyone tell me if there is a converter to split the output of a HDMI source to Optical (or coaxial) sound, plus the vid side too, HDMI (or DVI).

It is called the TeraDisk and it is really small, like a ordinary CD/DVD. But it?s really huge in terms of space. 1 TB (1000 GB). How can this be done?...
