Starview 3 green cursor keeps scrolling

I have tried downloading the latest sw for a starview 3 box (no usb), from a GTRom Loader v400, when I pressed download, it said...

Just re-installed all programmes after clean boot up, now when I scroll any and every page (even e-mail messages), the screen is "waving" -...

Does anyone know how to view entire programme description when viewing either through EPG or when you press exit. Box normally fits 4-5 lines and descriptions...

how do you fix the sideways scrolling for bouquets on the dreambox 600 images?
i have done the fix before with pli iolite but cant for the life...
