need some help ive got eurovox 5000 ive tryed scanning loads of times ive no splitter on ive factory reset it but still no luck

Had been meaning to ask if anyone ever had this problem on their clone dreamboxs? Every other channel is fine but seems as though ssp1 seems to freeze/glitch...
