run exe and unpack
see pictures
if you hardware build no problem i send license and 18f flash file (need write PIC18F2xK22)
need original FT232Rx chip... A5.fixcode incorrect , FT232BL incorrect ! RQ RN RL if fixcode need swap
i buyed USB cable TTL232 full 5V RQ version and good.

Ftdi connect enabled:
Red color TTL232 board
