One App Android custom ROM

Hello there, I am planning to lighten an Android version, I was thinking about 8 or 9, to run one simple additional app!
Leaving the mandatory one for the ROM to work fine, without many other shitty one!

I do not need logo animation or maybe a simplified one.
Auto start up the app at power on.
I would like to keep, Gps, bluetooth, wifi...

So here is my question, as I am new to this, what software would I need to make this Android go on a diet!

Hi there, and thanks for responding! I want to remove all the unnecessary apps, and have only added app running as soon as the device is on!
