Default Citroen C5 climate control problem

    Hello!

Does anyone know where seems to be the problem on C5, when temperature control does not work anymore?

    Unit looks like this:

According to bbareman, problem should be in this unit? Anyone knows about it? Some cold solder joints or something?

Tnx, will do, don't have the car yet. So - according to your image the fault is in evaporator temperature sensor? But this sensor insn't located in this unit, right?

I know about diagnostics, but if there is an internal fault, diagnostics won't help you a lot ...

Thanks marrijonas, it really was mechanical problem (broken mixing flap) as described in of service manuals you posted! Bought a repair kit at the dealer and replaced both flaps ... everything working fine now.

Just one more question - to change this flaps you have to take the whole dash out and the HVAC system too. The manuals says this can be done in 6,10 hours ... but it took me about 10 hours to do this job (I'm professional) - so my question is - does the manual mean 6,10 hours to dissassemble + 6,10 hours to assemble, or just 6,10 hours? It seems impossible to me to carry out this job in 6,10 hours ...
