Default Problem with read EEPROM 93c46 Peugeot 406 IMMO

Hello, I have a problem with reading of 93c46 (B58097) DIP 8 eeprom. I read with MCUmall GQ 4X but in .bin file (buffer) I show only F9 F9 (see picture below). I try to read another eeprom from another peugeot 406 same chip (B58097) and same reading.

When I try to read NEW EEPROM 93c46, reading is FF FF (see picture)

I am confused what a happend, have a problem with programmator and not correct reading, or EEPROM is faulty?
    Please help, thanks !

remove eeprom from board read with programmer and clean legs of chip.

I writed New eeprom 93c46 and read again, no problem writing is correct and after that reading is correct.
So maybe the main issue is in eeprom's faulty/defected.
Tomorrow I will try the solution and give you feedback.

    Does your programmer support 93S46 (93CS46) ? B58097 is 93S46 !

Thank you! I try to read like as M93S46 and I read the correct dump. This is the file. So I will try to immo off, from my undesrtood just put "zeros" (00) in first 6 8bit possitions. I will try and give the solution.
P.S: I tried with desolder EEPROM but not work!

    Original dump from EEPROM:

(my reply to the PM) Checking the dump might not be that easy to find the corrupted byte(s). And also they are all too old. Your target was already Immo Off ? My all eep dumps are here, try them yourself, some is already off, for the rest you knew how simply to do it yourself too.
