Yeah, i was looking for it and i did not found it. I thinked that i wasn't looking in the right place.
It is very strange because the SW is 1037516623 and was flashed by official dealer in 2011.
I knew that all 10375xxxxx have Tprot.
In teory, Tprot had to be present.
Or maybe the guy that helped me with EGR/DPF Off has disabled Tprot.
