Caution

It seems the device is region limited. Though i was referred to the website of autel to check for device compatibility with cars now I'm made to understand that some cars are not available for my region.

I could not find that info before for the km100.
So just beware. I have been asked by autel to provide my serial number but i still don't know for which supposedly region it was meant for all
Autel rep says some functions are special and not sold with the device. Malaysian and cars from India you need to purchase those separately for the km100. I didn't see that when i bought it

Received the tool, 1st try and it starts badly

Trying to program a key for BMW E87 2008 CAS3++ and get a message asking me to use LM608 doesn't work.

Were you using a used key or new key? If used key try to unlock it first. Cas 3 ++ not reported as compatible for that model.

Yes the key to use is new (virgin) but can be cloned according to xhorse. I simply read the immo data, then chose (add key) with guided function and i got this message asking me to perform the procedure with 508 or 608.

Thank you again dear friend Fuzz1 for your link, indeed when i choose the tool and vehicle model it is indicated that it is possible to add a key but I did not even have the opportunity to show the key in the km100 slot because after reading immo info I got the message of not compatible directly.

Transpoder generated on fiat dump special functions. Car started.


KM100 reads the fiat bcm but the password is always wrong, 3 cars with the same problem.

I scanned a Honda 2016 fit with yellow immo key light on. No immo fault detected with the km100. From autel maxixys pointed right to the immo and indicated defective start stop switch.
